Resilience training focuses on four areas, including emotional, cognitive and mental, physical, and spiritual resilience. Training in these areas can improve your resiliency, enhance your quality of life, and decrease your stress and anxiety by teaching you to view life’s inevitable challenges as opportunities.

Aim
This course will enable participants to understand mental toughness. Presenting a balance between theory and practice exploring resilience attitudes and habits. Participants can develop skills and confidence of how to deal positively under pressure and develop effective responses and stamina.

Discuss what is meant by personal and organisational resilience and why they’re so important.
Explore common barriers to resilience.
Identify the five key pillars of resilience that you must develop, which are: emotional wellbeing, inner drive, future focus, relationships, and physical health.
State how to improve your self-awareness, so you can identify what’s holding your resilience back.
Explore how to adopt various techniques and tools that will help you improve your resilience over time.
