Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness training is a wonderful way to help you deal with whatever life (and work) throws your way. It is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present and has been found to be a key element in stress reduction and improving overall wellbeing.

Mindful working means applying focus to everything you do from the minute you start your working day. Directly linked to motivation, mindfulness is a way of reprogramming the mind to think in a more healthier, les stressful way. Resilience and the ability to deal with difficult situations is critical to well-being and research shows that employees who practice mindfulness have higher levels of well-being thorough improved emotional resilience, better work-life balance, and higher jobs performance ratings.

All of our mindfulness training is run in an interactive student-centred style, with all assurances given to create a safe learning environment.
