The NNTC is committed to comply with data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) and require all trainers, clients, and suppliers to comply.
We have a nominated person for data protection compliance and make the relevant notifications to the UK Information Commissioners’ Office [ICO] on a voluntary basis. Registered number: ZA 068423 [renewed annually].
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold and may also request to have it altered or erased. To do this or if you have any other queries please email Jackienntc@icloud com. If we are unable to comply with your request we will let you know.
When do we collect your personal data?
We collect and process personal data that is provided by you or your organisation, via our website, online or on delegate registration forms, social media, email, or telephone when inquiring about our training courses, or entering into an agreement with us as a client or supplier.
We, or our approved trainers ,may collect personal data from suppliers, delegates, or client contacts (decisionmakers, administrators and invoicing contacts).
When providing others’ individual personal data to NNTC it is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained consent from the individual for NNTC to collect and process their data.
What sort of data do we collect?
For enquiries via the website on the phone or via email, the data we collect can include name, title, job role, company name, telephone or mobile number, email address and address.
Financial information held for BACS payments of invoices is your bank name, sort code and account number.
For accredited courses The NNTC will collect the following data name, email, and date of birth to be passed onto OCNCredit4Learning.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We keep your data for a reasonable time and as long as the law requires. We keep all accredited course learner information indefinitely for future certification and verification purposes.
How do we use and share your personal data?
We use your data legitimately, as part of running our business. This can include administrating co-ordinating, delivering training or for invoicing, and making payments for training, to handle queries, and to record and certificate training courses and E-learning.
The NNTC will not share personal information other than with the client or supplier who provided the information or trusted associated trainers.
Individuals or clients representing individuals may request copies of learners’ certificates. Please email requests to jackienntc@icloud com supplying first name surname and date of birth and if relevant level of training certified. Please note there is a charge of £25 for accredited certificates and £5 for NNTC certificates.

Access to this information is by data protection administrator alone.
A cookie is a small file which with your permission is placed on our hard-drive. This information is ordinarily used to analyse traffic to the website and identify the types of courses clients are most interested in. But to be honest I am too busy to analyse any traffic to the site so don’t worry about it.
